This Intellectual Property (IP) Policy outlines the ownership, usage rights, and transfer conditions of all creative, digital, and marketing materials developed by FORSBJ.

By using our services, you agree to this policy.


1. Ownership of Work

All intellectual property created by FORSBJ remains the property of FORSBJ until full payment is received.

This includes:

  • Website designs and code

  • Marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Ad creatives and copy

  • SEO reports and content

  • Branding materials

  • Research and analysis documents


2. Transfer of Ownership

Upon full and final payment:

  • Ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client

  • Client receives usage rights for agreed project outputs

  • Transfer applies only to finalized, paid work

Unpaid or partially paid work remains the property of FORSBJ.


3. Agency Rights

FORSBJ retains the right to:

  • Display completed work in portfolios

  • Showcase case studies (unless restricted by NDA)

  • Use anonymized performance data for marketing purposes

  • Reference work for promotional purposes


4. Third-Party Assets

Some projects may include third-party assets such as:

  • Stock images

  • Fonts

  • Plugins

  • Licensed tools

These remain subject to their original licenses and are not fully owned by either party unless explicitly transferred.


5. Pre-Existing Materials

Any materials provided by the client before project initiation remain the property of the client.

FORSBJ does not claim ownership over:

  • Client logos

  • Existing brand assets

  • Pre-existing content


6. Unauthorized Use

Clients may not:

  • Resell FORSBJ-created materials without permission

  • Claim agency work as independently created before full payment

  • Modify or redistribute unpaid deliverables


7. Non-Paid Work Protection

Drafts, concepts, strategies, and unfinished work remain the intellectual property of FORSBJ and may not be used commercially without approval.


8. Licensing Terms

Where applicable, FORSBJ may grant:

  • Limited usage rights

  • Non-exclusive licenses

  • Project-specific permissions

Full ownership transfer is only granted after complete payment.


9. Digital Marketing Assets

For advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads):

  • Campaign structure and setup remain FORSBJ intellectual property

  • Client owns ad accounts and data after payment

  • Optimization strategy may remain proprietary unless agreed otherwise


10. Portfolio Usage Rights

FORSBJ reserves the right to showcase completed projects for:

  • Portfolio display

  • Marketing case studies

  • Industry credibility building

Client confidentiality requests must be agreed in writing (e.g. NDA override).


11. Infringement & Protection

Any unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of FORSBJ intellectual property may result in:

  • Immediate service termination

  • Legal action

  • Compensation claims


12. Limitation of Liability

FORSBJ is not responsible for third-party misuse of transferred intellectual property after delivery and payment completion.


13. Policy Updates

FORSBJ reserves the right to update this Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated terms.
