📑 Service Agreement / SLA (Service Level Agreement) – 2026

  • The Client (individual or business purchasing services)


2. Scope of Services

FORSBJ provides digital marketing and business growth services, including:

  • Website Design & Development

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Paid Advertising Campaigns

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Content Creation & Strategy

  • Branding & Consulting

The exact scope of work will be defined in the project proposal or invoice.


3. Service Delivery Standards

We aim to deliver services based on the following standards:

  • Strategy development within agreed timeline

  • Campaign setup and optimization (if applicable)

  • Regular performance monitoring

  • Monthly or weekly reporting (based on package)

  • Communication within reasonable business hours


4. Response Time

  • General inquiries: within 24–48 hours

  • Project updates: within 2–5 business days

  • Urgent issues (active campaigns): within 24 hours

Response times may vary based on project complexity and workload.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate business information

  • Supply necessary access (website, ad accounts, etc.)

  • Approve content, creatives, and strategies on time

  • Maintain communication during the project

Delays from the client side may impact delivery timelines.


6. Performance Disclaimer

FORSBJ does not guarantee specific outcomes such as:

  • #1 ranking on search engines

  • Fixed number of leads or sales

  • Guaranteed return on ad spend (ROAS)

Performance depends on multiple external factors including budget, competition, market conditions, and platform algorithms.

Platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads also influence results through their own systems.


7. Service Level Commitments

We commit to:

  • Professional execution of agreed scope

  • Transparent communication

  • Ethical marketing practices

  • Best-effort optimization for performance improvement

  • Regular progress updates


8. Revisions Policy

  • Number of revisions depends on selected package

  • Minor revisions are included within scope

  • Major changes or new requirements may incur additional charges

  • Revisions must be requested within the project timeline


9. Project Timelines

  • Estimated timelines will be provided before project start

  • Timelines may vary due to:

    • Client delays

    • Scope changes

    • Technical limitations

    • Platform review processes


10. Communication Channels

Official communication will be conducted via:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp / Messaging platforms

Unverified communication channels may not be considered official.


11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

12. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

Termination conditions:

  • Unpaid invoices

13. Limitation of Liability

FORSBJ is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or profits

  • Platform account restrictions or bans

  • Third-party service failures

  • Indirect or consequential damages

All services are provided on a professional best-effort basis.


14. Force Majeure

FORSBJ is not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond control, including:

  • Internet outages

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Platform-wide outages


15. Data & Access Security

Clients are responsible for securing their login credentials. FORSBJ is not liable for unauthorized access due to client-side security issues.


16. Agreement Acceptance

By engaging FORSBJ services, the client confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood this SLA

  • Agree to all terms and conditions

  • Accept service limitations and responsibilities
