This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for services provided by FORSBJ.

1. General Policy

At FORSBJ, we invest time, expertise, and resources into every project. Due to the nature of digital services, most services are non-tangible and begin immediately after confirmation. Therefore, our refund policy is strictly defined below.

2. No Refund After Work Begins

Once a project has started (including but not limited to planning, research, strategy, or execution), no refund will be issued.

This includes:

  • SEO work started

  • Ad campaigns setup or launched

  • Website development initiated

  • Content creation started

3. Advance Payments

All advance payments or deposits are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Used to secure resources, time, and planning

4. Service-Based Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • No work has been initiated

  • Cancellation request is made within 24–48 hours of payment

  • Duplicate payment was made in error

Approval of refunds is at the sole discretion of FORSBJ management.

5. Advertising & Third-Party Costs

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

  • Domain and hosting fees

  • Third-party tools or software subscriptions

  • Freelancer or vendor costs paid on behalf of the client

These are paid directly to external platforms and are not controlled by FORSBJ.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation at any time by contacting us via email or official communication channels.

However:

  • Cancellation does not automatically mean a refund

  • Completed work will be billed accordingly

  • Any ongoing work will be paused upon approval

7. Subscription / Retainer Services

For monthly or long-term contracts:

  • Cancellation must be requested at least 7–15 days before next billing cycle

  • No partial refunds for unused days or services

  • Active work completed within the billing cycle is non-refundable

8. Project Delay or Client Non-Responsiveness

If a project is delayed due to:

  • Lack of client communication

  • Missing approvals or materials

FORSBJ will not issue refunds. Project timelines may be extended accordingly.

9. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks are considered a violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend services immediately

  • Provide proof of work and communication to payment processors

  • Permanently restrict future services

10. Refund Processing Time (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days

  • Refund method will match original payment method

11. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases, partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Unstarted projects with valid cancellation reason

  • Mutual agreement between client and FORSBJ

12. Policy Updates

FORSBJ reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated policy.
